this recipe is perfect for when you have really old bananas you don't know what to do with. not to mention a nice healthy snack you can have for the week :)

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp all spice (or some nutmeg and some cinnamon)
- 1/2 cup margarine (earth balance)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup non dairy milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- combine non dairy milk with apple cider vinegar in a small bowl and set aside
- pre heat oven to 350 degrees F, grease bread pan
- combine flour, baking soda, salt, and spices in a large mixing bowl
- in another bowl- cream with mixer white and brown sugar with margarine
- then add mushed bananas, vanilla extract, and the milk-sugar vinegar to your bowl in step 4 and continue to mix with mixer for few minutes until smooth
- add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and stir to mix very well, then stir in your nuts
- pour batter into bread pan
- bake 60-70 mins or until it passes the toothpick poke test
- remove and let cool 15 minutes or until completely cooled before slicing
